The pieces offered in this online shop are manufactured by cellardoorprints (US) and bluewood3d (Europe and other countries)
Our products are digitally sculpted pieces in 3D and 3D printed in resin. What you will get when you buy these pieces, will be physical objects sent by mail to the whole world. It is important to note that the printed resin has excellent visual qualities in terms of definition, but does not respond the same as a PVC part of an industrial product. These products must be treated with care due to their fragility. Nor should they be exposed to extreme temperatures (long exposure to the sun, proximity to an artificial heat source, etc.)
Before painting the pieces, it is convenient to give them a very thin layer (that does not cover details) of primer with some uniform color. This will help to better fix the paint on the surface. The primer coat will not only allow the part to be painted but will also protect the resin from sunlight
The colors of the resin may vary slightly and some details may vary slightly with respect to tones and sculpting presented in the illustrative images (renders and photographs) on this shop or in our social networks. This is due to qualities of the resin used and model updates that could be made to improve the customer experience - in any case, it will always be very small or almost imperceptible details
Buying our products it is assumed that the TERMS written in this section are fully accepted (under the total responsibility of the client)
Mass Customs does not provide 3D printing services
Our parts are engraved in their less visible areas, an SKU code that helps to individualize the part and provide a better service when producing and sending them to our customers
It is possible that our products manufactured and distributed in the territories 1-USA and 2-Rest of the World, present slight differences between them (resin color, supports, hollowed and optimization style, differences in packaging, etc.). This is because they are produced by different teams with differences in procedures and printers used in manufacturing

Our products are shipped to our customers after orders are processed, manufactured (3D printed), post-processed, and packed for shipping
Items will be shipped from the US or Spain as they are printed,after cured, and prepared for shipping. Standard shipping for the US and the world except the EU will be by USPS Priority Mail (1-2 days shipping will only be available for the US since the farther is the place the longer it takes to ship there)
Shipping to the EU will be done via Correo Español with a fixed price. This fixed amount covers shipping up to 1 lb/500g. If at the moment of shipping it costs more or less to ship to your location we will contact you to settle the situation. If it cost less to ship to your address we will give you a discount coupon with the difference. If it cost more we will ask you to pay for the difference. If you refuse to pay we will cancel the order and give you your money back
Depending on where you live, your package will be shipped at a later time due to problems related to the current pandemic
Depending on the availability of the printers shipping might be hurried/delayed. When the package has been shipped an email with the tracking code will be sent to notify you
All our items our pre-orders and shipping dates are estimates

We are currently doing US shipping from the US and from Spain to the rest of the world.
A 6% fee will be added the final purchase amount to cover transaction fees.

Although we give our all to serve the client and offer a range of products to build their imaginary worlds through customization of action figures, we are a small independent studio, and we will answer all questions as soon as we can
The pieces offered are intended for adult collectors. Children (under 18) can only handle them under supervision because certain surfaces could be sharp, as well as small (they could be swallowed and cause suffocation)
We do our best to make the pieces compatible with various lines of action figures within the scale specified in the product, although the current variety on the market means that some pieces must be sanded or filled with putty (non-destructive products such as "Blu Tack" can be used) before being used satisfactorily
